Built for difficult properties.
About Placeback
Placeback is an extreme cleaning and property recovery company serving Doncaster and South Yorkshire.
We help families, landlords and property professionals deal with heavily cluttered, neglected and difficult properties that need clearing, cleaning or bringing back under control.
Our purpose is simple:
Bring the property back under control.
Why Placeback exists
Some property problems don’t fit neatly into one service.
A heavily cluttered home may need sorting, clearance and cleaning. A bereavement property may contain years of belongings that need handling carefully. A neglected void may need clearing before repairs can begin.
Placeback exists to bring that work together under one clear plan.
We assess the property, agree what needs to happen and help bring it back under control.
What does Placeback mean?
Putting the property back in control.
The name reflects what we’re working towards.
Not every property needs the same outcome. Some need clearing. Some need cleaning. Some need both before anything else can move forward.
The goal is to leave the property more manageable, with the agreed work completed and a clear way forward.
Putting the property back in your control. That’s what Placeback means.
What we focus on
Placeback focuses on difficult properties that need a structured approach to clearance, cleaning and recovery.
That includes heavily cluttered homes, bereavement properties, voids, neglected properties and full property clearances.
A clear plan. A respectful approach.
How we work
Clear scope
We agree what’s being removed, what needs to stay and what the work needs to achieve.
Respect for belongings
We don’t assume everything in the property is unwanted.
Clear communication
If something changes, we discuss it with you before changing the agreed work.
No judgement
We focus on the property and what needs to happen next.
Property recovery
The goal is more than completing a list of tasks. It’s helping bring the property back under control.

A clear way forward
When our agreed work is complete, the aim is for the situation to be clearer, the property more manageable and you to know what happens next.
