If something changes during the job, we’ll discuss it with you rather than assume additional work has been authorised.
Remote property management
You may not need to attend the property.
Where access has been arranged and the scope agreed, some clearance and cleaning work can be completed without you remaining on site.
This can be particularly useful when you’re managing properties across several locations or acting on behalf of an owner or estate.

Can you work across multiple properties?
Potentially, yes. If you have several properties requiring clearance or cleaning, tell us about the locations, type of work and likely volume so we can understand what’s involved.
Do we need to attend the property?
Not always. Where access, authority and the scope have been agreed, some work can be completed without you remaining on site. Completion photographs can also be provided where agreed.
Can clearance and cleaning be handled together?
Yes. Where both are required, clearance and cleaning can be brought together under one agreed scope rather than treated as separate jobs.
How is the work priced?
Pricing depends on the property, amount of work required, access, labour, disposal requirements and whether cleaning is included. We’ll assess what’s involved before providing a price.
